Sometimes It's Hard to Get Out of Bed
Some days it's hard to get out of bed. Some days I just don't feel like it. I get down, just like most of us do. Sometimes on those days, I see the color of the sky through my window, and it gives me an umph to get up, and get dressed and get out in the morning. It helps. It really does. I saw color through my window this morning, and it was gorgeous. By the time I got up and ready, and out the door and got to this spot, this is where the sun was. It was just beautiful. Those soft stroked feathery clouds along with the fog and haze in the valley created its own unique scene. Every time (and I can really say every time) I get to a place to see a beautiful scene, I am amazed- be it clouds, rain, sun, color, etc. I am truly amazed. I saw a sundog among the scene, and I always love to see them. They have a very special meaning to me. I call them "Ray" for a reason, not due to any man's name. There's a small one in there, and I was so grateful to see it this morning. Bella and I had a nice walk in some frost, and I was glad I got up and went. Sometimes you have to force yourself to do certain things that you know are good for you, and usually when you do, it turns out well. Peaks of color during sunrises and sunsets aren't all there are to them. There's so much more. Just after sunrise this morning, Jim Thorpe, PA Please contact me for prints or for use of the photo.
