Do Your Journal?
Do you journal?
Some of us like to write, and for some, it can truly do wonders for us, and our well-being.
Writing for me helps me to get thoughts out of my head and on to paper.
It helps me to keep the perspective.
It helps me to work through things going on in my life.
It helps me to find a solution.
It helps me to see things differently as I go along with my words.
It helps me to keep memories alive, regardless of what they are.
It helps to connect me and keep me connected with God.
It helps me to see God's hand in my situations, and in my life.
Writing can be good for our souls.
It can help deepen meaning, it can help us to see and keep a healthy perspective, or it can just help to clear our heads, if anything.
If you want to start, you can start small. Give yourself 3 minutes time to do so, or give yourself a paragraph. Sometimes it takes a minute or two, sometimes 15, 20, or 30 minutes. You may take longer and find that you can't stop once you start, or you may find it's not quite for you, or it may be for you, at certain times.
There's no right or wrong.
